  • there is a public boat launch  off of Fire Route 407
  • Nogies Creek from the Bass Lake Dam to Nogies Creek Dam is a sanctuary area
  • major fish species include large and smallmouth bass and muskie
  • Bass Lake is located within Fisheries Management Zone 15
