  • the public access point is located on the southwest end of the lake off of Salmon Lake Road
  • gas powered motors are not permitted on the lake
  • the major fish species include large and smallmouth bass, lake trout, bluegill and perch
  • Big Salmon Lake is located within Fisheries Management Zone 18
