lake on the north end. A dam on
the southwest side regulates the lake's water level. The creek flows
south over the dam into Little Bob Lake
- while the lake reaches
maximum depths of 210', the average
depth is 59'
- the perimeter of the lake
is 15.6 km (9.8 miles)
- the lake contains a
population of naturally reproducing
- main lake shoals and
humps hold both lake trout (in
slightly deeper water depending on the season) and smallmouth bass
- major fish species
include smallmouth bass, lake trout,
cisco and yellow perch
- Bob Lake is located
within Fisheries Management Zone 15
