  • the Ivanhoe River flow into the lake on the south end. In this area you will find shore line reeds,  many weed beds and some deeper holes. The river exits the lake on the north end via a arm on the west and another on the east
  • the lake reaches maximum depths of 70'
  • structural features include underwater humps, shoals, points, narrows, gradual and fast breaking drop offs that make for great walleye and pike fishing
  • Ivanhoe Provincial Park borders a portion of the lake
  • a public boat launch is located within the provincial park
  • the major fish species include northern pike, walleye, perch and whitefish
  • Ivanhoe Lake is situated within the boundaries of Fisheries Management Zone 8
