Water levels are regulated by a dam on the south side of the lake

maximum depth of 26 metres (85'). The
average depth is 7 metres (23')

surface area is 156 hectares
- the lake is regularly
stocked with lake trout
- a public boat launch is
located beside the dam on the south
- the major fish species
include smallmouth bass, lake trout,
whitefish and perch
- Loon Lake is situated
within Fisheries Management Zone 15
