  • the lake is part of the Seguin River watershed
  • Nine Mile Lake is primarily a cottage lake with stretches of rocky shoreline, points, overhanging trees and submerged logs in the shallows. There are several shallow bays in the southern half of the lake providing good cover for pike and largemouth bass. This long narrow lake is set up nicely for long trolling runs
  • walleye were stocked in the 1960's but the introduction has not generated an ongoing fishery
  • Major Fish Species: Large and Smallmouth Bass,   Northern Pike, Yellow Perch  and Catfish
  • Nine Mile  Lake is situated within Fisheries Management Zone 15
