  • the lake used to have a very good lake trout fishery but it has dropped off over the years. A slot size was introduced to help conserve and revive the fishery
  • <>a public boat launch is located near the dam on the north end of the lake
  • major fish species include lake trout and smallmouth bass
  • Palmerston Lake is located within Fisheries Management Zone 18
