  • Upper Beverley Lake is located adjacent to the town of Delta Ontario northwest of Charleston Lake Provincial Park in the County of Leeds and Grenville
  • co-ordinates: Lat. 44° 37' 08"  Long. 76° 05' 06"
  • water flows out of the lake via a dam on the southwest side of the lake on its way to Lower Beverley Lake. It is part of the Gananoque River drainage basin
  • while the lake reaches maximum depths of 23', the average depth is 8'
  • the perimeter of the lake is  27 km (17 miles)
  • the surface area is 551 hectares (1,361 acres)
  • this shallow lake favours a warm water fishery which includes largemouth bass, northern pike, yellow perch, bluegill and black crappie. There is a small population of smallmouth bass
  • the lake consists of 2 basins which are separated by a heavily weeded shallow section that includes many island
  • a public boat launch is located on the southwest side of the lake about 300 metres off of County Road 42 (Main St.)
  • Upper Beverley Lake sits within Fisheries Management Zone 18
