  • the lake sits within Wakami Lake Provincial Park
  • while the lake reaches maximum depths of 48', the average depth is 18'
  • this relatively shallow lake supports a warm water fishery
  • the surface area of the lake is 1,712 hectares (4,232 acres)
  • the perimeter of the lake is 65.6 km (41 miles)
  • a public boat launch is located within the park
  • the major fish species include walleye, northern pike, whitefish and yellow perch
